We'd like to apologise to all of our customers for the longer than usual wait times some of you have experienced recently.
As is the story with a few small businesses recently, we've been hit quite hard by staff shortages recently. At the moment our roster is half the size it was this time last year, and while our team is working incredibly hard to keep up with demand, the busy nights catch up on us rather quickly and wait times grow longer than we'd like.
The good news is that we've welcomed some fantastic new team members. The downside is that learning a busy pizza shop takes time, and it will likely be a few months before they're fully up to speed. In the meantime, our experienced staff are balancing serving customers quickly while also training the next generation of the team to get us back to normal ASAP.
If you're ordering on a Friday or Saturday night, we'd just ask that you allow a little extra time and bear with us while we work through the rush. It may take a little longer to get your pizzas at the moment, but the wait is always worth it.
Our goal has always been to provide great food and great service, and we're confident we'll be back to the speed you've come to expect as our new staff gain experience.
