This site is not just about food but about lifestyle where ocean meets the earth...my philosophy is not only about food nourishment (holistically) but about nourishing your souls and mind at the same time. All dishes made by me are to be shared with good friends and likehearted people. Catering and wholesale options available. I only cook with food full of nutrients and living energy; fermented or sprouted. Using principles of macrobiotics i will balance all types of taste from sweet to sour. Custom organic earth cakes - created to be gentle , to nourish , to soften and to believe in magic 🧚

Studio with my little apprentice - the cakes were there only to take a photo on a good light - the rest is pottery - inspired by the same as the cakes - medicinal, wild and native flowers

Base made of prebiotic flours
Middle made out of nuts
Caramel made out of seeds & sprinkled with superfoods / tonic herbs
Covered in local fruits
Topped up with eatable & medicinal flowers
= nature

Because I still believe in magic= fairy 🧚 garden cake

Love letter to bush flowers ~ 💕 this season of the year

Flannel Flower 🌿 is an Australian native Bush Flower and I traditionally use its essence in clinic for emotional openness, gentleness and reconnecting with your body. It is often used to encourage a greater sense of ease with physical touch, intimacy and expressing affection, while supporting people who feel uncomfortable with closeness or find it difficult to let their guard down. Like the soft, delicate petals of the flannel flower, its symbolism reminds us to soften, open up and feel more comfortable in our own skin.

Making marshmallows for spring and this week newsletter ~ but not just any marshmallows.

Think of them as little edible clouds for the gut: soft, playful and made with ingredients chosen to nourish from within.

Blue spirulina brings the colour of spring skies, while berries and rose add a gentle floral sweetness: a little reminder that supporting our inner garden can be just as beautiful as tending to the one outside.

Spring is a season of awakening, and I love bringing that feeling into the kitchen & pottery

It’s official ~ my Intuitive Eating cookbook is officially sold out!

When I first self-published it through crowdfunding in 2018, I could never have imagined how much this book would bring to me : and to others. It was created as an invitation to put technology aside, immerse ourselves more deeply in nature, and reconnect with our intuitive knowledge, the seasons, and the world around us.

It has travelled to every corner of the world, and I hope it will continue to be treasured for years to come.
