Join us every Wednesday at SEFA for cheese wheel pasta nights, with fresh pasta tossed tableside through a wheel of warm Parmigiano Reggiano until coated in melted cheese, alongside Mediterranean cocktails, wine and shared plates in Bondi.

The pasta comes from Spaghetteria, known for some of Sydney’s best fresh pasta, finished inside the cheese wheel until rich, glossy and completely coated.

Because Wednesdays are better with pasta, cheese, wine and a little dolce vita.

At SEFA, everything centres around shared plates and the way Mediterranean families come together around the table. The menu is shaped by dishes that move across the Med, finishing with your choice of market fish or our signature slow-roasted lamb shoulder, and something sweet to close.

Bring the whole family together, with groups of up to six enjoying 10% off and a long, shared lunch the way it should be.

We will be hosting two sittings across the day, with limited availability expected to fill quickly.

But with your support, your smiles, and this beautiful community in Bondi and beyond, you’ve truly made us proud of what we’re doing.

We’ve just received a recognition from a food guide, and while it means a lot, the real reward has been you!!The people who walk through our doors every day.

At the end of the day, it’s simple: taking care of people.
