I’ve been a Bondi local for 25 years. My vision was always to mix rock music and burgers. I worked in the music industry for 15 years so all my burgers are named after bands i had either managed, toured or promoted. We keep it simple yet interesting. Young Henrys on tap, great wine and a mean Bloody Mary. Small selection of cocktails that we knock out for $12 all day every day. Solid selection of

spirits. All my produce is grass fed and free range. I personally make all the sauces on each burger every Monday. The menu is attached. The venue faces north west so its sun drenched all day!! � We have 20 seats outside and a load inside……and on top of that we pump out classics from 70’s up till now. Super friendly staff plus Dog friendly and di****ad free zone !!! �

This venue is just insane. Thx to Dave and all the staff. The food was off the charts, service on point, but we demolished it all before we could take a photo 🤣

HAPPY 18th BIRTHDAY to this absolute legend of a son. I’m posting this photo as it’s my mums favorite photo of us. As a father you just hope that your son grows up to be a healthy respectful young man and boy I won the lottery with Atticus. He is the kindest most giving person with such impeccable manners and is truly a joy to be around. Having him work at Bonditonys ( and adding his name to the company logo ) is a dream come true and all my staff genuinely love him ( not just cause he’s the boss’s son🤪) No staying awake at night wondering where my boy is, as he did the complete opposite to Dad, and doesn’t drink. 🤣

Love to mate and proud to be your Dad. You’re a good kid!

Today we celebrate 11 years of serving you all our yummy grub!

Every year is a challenge and this past year has certainly been something special. This venue is on another level and I could not be more grateful right now.

Having and as my managers has been a blessing and the return of .sim has also been a winner for us.

To all my staff, you’re a bunch of rockstars and this can’t be done without your love each day. And to our amazing bondi community who have had our backs all this time 🕺

To top it off just this morning incl us in a list of top 10 burgers in Australia. Blessed day it is 🙏

Every year is a challenge and this past year has certainly been something special.

This venue is on another level and I could not be more grateful right now.

There can only be one Bonditonys and to finally digest that pill after a few attempts to expand has been very satisfying. We have something very special and it’s can’t be duplicated. It’s that’s simple.

Welcome to the hood 🤗 Angela and her adorable daughter Gina own which is just opposite in the arcade here in bondi. We got chatting the other day and I was like why don’t we let all the bondi crew know about you and I’ll do my best to support you. We ended up taking this lovely photo. Running a small business is bloody hard and even harder in this current climate. They do amazing cookies, cakes and chocs. I’ve always been a big supporter of my local community cause the big boys are making it harder every day. But if we all stick together, we thrive!

You can’t make this s**t up…

I’ve taken a rare week off and I’m literally sitting in a hotel room with a bottle of red and just finished writing a new song on guitar about how we are not nice enough to each other in this world, and I get this beautiful message from an old muso mate of mine funnily enough and had to share. I’m sharing this not just cause of Jesse’s timing but also cause as an owner you want to be able to take a break and know your venue is in good hands. Well I can say it certainly f**ken is.

I say this a lot but my staff are my success and I will brag about them all day long ❤️
