Opened sept 2012. A new school twist on the classic beach milkbar/kiosk. A return to the classic local beach milk bar/kiosk. You are all welcome at the Atlas.

Taking classic street food, traditional dishes and flavours from across the mediterranean, middle east and north Africa and combining these elements to create food that is unique, wholesome and packed full of flavour. Gozleme, Pastizzi, Manoush, Shakshuka, Burgers, toasties, dukkah, za'atar, suguk, harissa, Milkshakes, classic Sundaes, award winning Deluca coffee and friendly, fun, unpretentious service.

Hey all!! We might be done and dusted but if you fancy a little more Atlas vibe then come by Saturday for our garage sale!!! A chance to buy a little piece of the Atlas!!! We will be open from 9am until 5pm and there will be bacon and egg rolls, pastizzis, our famous sweet breads ( banana and pecan pumpkin gluten free) as well as milkshakes on sale as well. See y'all there!!

A huge happy 2nd birthday to the One Wave mob. Birthday celebrations were held all around Oz and in 31 countries around the globe.
