Grant has joined to lead our incredible culinary teams across our five restaurants, bringing 20+ years' experience working at some of Australia's most iconic dining destinations.
 
He's on a mission to continue serving up the very best of top-quality Australian produce on every plate across our restaurants, preserving time-tested signatures on the menu and introducing a few new dishes along the way.
