I’ve been testing baklava for over 12 months and I can finally say these babies are the best I’ve eaten in my life!!
Why are these so good?
They are free from dairy & honey 🐝
I’ve used organic rice malt syrup with the smallest amount of organic coconut sugar.
The filling is made up of ground walnuts, chia seeds, flax seeds & h**p seeds. Insane hit of omega 3’s 👊🏻
You’re not going to get a blood sugar spike either!! Rice malt is fructose free & coconut sugar has a low GI (seriously used the smallest amount!!)
They are sprinkled with crushed pistachios and they are crunchy AF!!
Now selling desserts all day 🙌🏻

Introducing the two girls in my. My mother Anne & Daughter Aria ❤️
Mum was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Brest cancer in 2015. It rocked our family but I immediately did my research and a plant based lifestyle was the only option in my eyes. I hired a specialist plant chef 3 days a week Alexandra was a find of a life time. Mum & Alexandra have formed a special bond and we are still lucky enough to use her services every Wednesday (favourite day of the week 💯)
Mum has also had her little battle with brain cancer. Charlie is a champion!! He’s saved her life twice now 🙌🏻 We are planning on making sure it stays away with hours of work inspired by 🙌🏻
Mum is healthy now and eats a whole foods plant based diet. She doesn’t even eat our awesome Chick’n!! I have no doubt in my mind that if she continued to eat meat & dairy, she’d no longer be with us.
I’m the luckiest son in the world and I mean that!! Thanks for being the mother you are ❤️
Little Aria has been a blessing. Couldn’t ask for a better behaved little girl and she’s cute & funny AF 😍
Happy Easter and please be safe on the roads 🙌🏻😊
