Our Spring Colouring Competition is running at Blackwood from now until 11th October.

We’ll pick one winner from each age group:
0–5 | 5–8 | 8+

Overall winner: $50 Blackwood voucher + 10 free Baby Chinos or Hot Chocolates

Coffee runs before the school drop-off, catch-ups that turn into lunch, takeaway coffees on the way to the beach, and picnics that start with “just grabbing a flat-white and some toasted banana bread.”

A familiar face for many 💚

Jason moved to Sydney at 19 to follow his older brother. Four years, a Marketing diploma, and countless coffees later, he’s now our beloved Cafe Manager.

He started behind the machine as a barista, and knows half of Bondi by their coffee order. His go-to order never changes: a regular flat white and the Morning Glory, he’ll make sure it comes without pickled onions though!

What lights him up on the floor are the regulars who’ve become familiar faces, the small talk that turns into longer conversations, and the drinks he’s quietly working on for the new menu (we’ve said too much already).

Outside of work, find him on a motorcycle, scoping out new cafes on his day off, or on the basketball court working off his competitive streak.

Pop in, order the usual, and see if you can get him to spill any details on the new menu drinks.

Currently studying musical theatre, former ballet dancer, and part-time coffee queen. She’s a ray of sunshine who loves to yap and greets everyone with a big smile.

Cottage cheese people already know. Everyone else… this is your chance.

Our Cultcha Salad is on the menu this weekend, topped with garlic chive Get Cultcha Cottage Cheese, made with just four ingredients: milk, cream, sea salt and live cultures.

And with 14.5g of protein per serve, it’s bringing a little more to the table than just good looks.

Made with milk from pasture-raised Jersey cows in Gippsland, cultcha is a local one we’re very happy to have on the menu.
