Here is ’s take on the iconic Vietnamese bánh mì — packed with bold flavours, fresh herbs, and a touch of Southeast Asian inspiration.

Pork Bánh Mì

Crispy pork belly layered with chilli sambal mayo, crunchy Asian slaw, pickled carrot, mixed herbs, sambal glaze, and our signature umami crisp.

Beef Rendang Bánh Mì

Slow-cooked beef brisket in a rich Sumatran-style kalio rendang, topped with Asian slaw, pickled carrot, toasted serundeng, mixed herbs, and sweet-tangy date tamarind chutney.

Add our Rendang Cashew Mixed Nuts for an extra layer of crunch and flavour. ✨
