Pork Bánh Mì

Crispy pork belly layered with chilli sambal mayo, crunchy Asian slaw, pickled carrot, mixed herbs, sambal glaze, and our signature umami crisp.

Beef Rendang Bánh Mì

Slow-cooked beef brisket in a rich Sumatran-style kalio rendang, topped with Asian slaw, pickled carrot, toasted serundeng, mixed herbs, and sweet-tangy date tamarind chutney.
