Unfortunately due to the landlord not offering us a lease renewal, we are now permanently closed.

It has been a pleasure serving the community for the last six years. We have greatly appreciated your support. We are proud to have provided countless first job opportunities to impressive young people in the Parklakes area, many of whom will carry on their roles at other locations.

Your nearest Salt n Battered stores are now Nambour and Mudjimba which are 11 and 13 minutes away respectively.

Salt n’ Battered is looking for a responsible adult to join our awesome team.

Hours for this position are mostly at the Palmwoods, Nambour and Bli Bli stores. However, you could work at our other two locations, Alexandra Headland and Mudjimba, depending on your availability.

The successful applicant will need to follow our systems and procedures. They should also have a fantastic attitude and friendly personality. This includes being able to take instructions from people younger than you.

The successful candidate must:
- Be available for weekday, weekend, day or night work and;
- Be prepared to work approximately 15hrs per week + depending on availability of the employee.

The successful candidate may:
- Have experience in fast food or with deep fryers and;
- Have a drivers license with regular access to a vehicle.

These two criteria will significantly increase likelihood of employment.

This position is ideal for a uni student, or someone seeking casual work with regular hours. This position is long-term, not seasonal.
