We kicked off October with The Ringins, and this Friday it’s Double Denim taking the stage for the first time!

Free entry, meals from 5.30 pm, with the band starting at 8.00 pm and playing till late.

Come along, bring some friends and help us keep live music going in the Hills!

A new band is coming to Blackwood RSL this week!

Appearing for the first time are “Double Denim”. Why not come along and check ’em out? And to our regular Blackwood RSL bands, come down and have a look too. It’s always great to support other live bands playing at the club.

“The Rings Ins” had people commenting on how good they were from their very first song...

The singer brought plenty of energy, with strong vocals right through to the end. One member also commented on how great the drummer’s electronic kit sounded, particularly during The Beatles’ “Come Together”. The bass player really showed his skills while also managing to adjust the PA at the same time!

We’ve saved the best for last. It’s a six minute clip, so grab a cup of coffee and enjoy their version of the Eagles’ “Hotel California”. Make sure you listen out for the lead guitarist, who does a fantastic job capturing Don Felder’s famous guitar solo.

🎸 LIVE MUSIC AT BLACKWOOD RSL 🎶

We’re excited to welcome The Ring Ins to Blackwood RSL!

An Adelaide four piece cover band playing nothing but good music, with favourites from The Beatles, Queen and Cold Chisel through to Powderfinger, Foo Fighters, The Black Keys and more.

Great songs, live music, good food and a few drinks with friends. Sounds like a pretty good night to us!

Last night a group of young ladies celebrated one of their guests Birthday. They were thrilled when the band started up and announced a ladies' Birthday and the band and all present sang "Happy Birthday to Megan".

If you are thinking of celebrating a special occasion on a Saturday night and require a band of your choice then contact the office.

Last Friday, we were entertained by "Firestreet" who are a modern rock band who popssess the versatility and skills to please all.
