Corinne Evatt and Mary-Jane Craig established and ran the celebrated four times Hatted multiple award winning restaurant Ashcrofts in Blackheath from 2000 to 2013. Mary-Jane and Corinne have now returned to Blackheath to open a new, sophisticated yet casual dining concept; Cinnabar Kitchen. “Farewell” from Corinne and Mary-Jane. Our beautiful Restaurant Cinnabar has sold. Many thanks to all of you who dined with us over the past 7 years.
An extra “Thank-you” goes out to our “Loyalists” those of you who dined with us in every one of our establishments over the last 25 years in the beautiful Blue Mountains. We have loved cooking for you. What a marvellous ride it’s been! A special “Thank you” also to those dedicated “Ones”- you know who you are - you worked with us in each of our many endeavours. You turned up consistently bringing your presence, care, joyous attitude and professionalism. We will be eternally grateful.
