We’ve pulled out something pretty special for the Fathers & Steak Lovers today.
Our Tomahawks have been dry-brined overnight, coated with a Dijon mustard binder and seasoned with our own BBQ rub.
Then we take them low and slow, smoked at 100°C over old ironbark fence posts, before hitting the charcoal grill for that perfect crust and cooked to a beautiful medium. 🔥🥩
And because a great steak deserves something extra… it’s finished with our very own Cowboy Butter 🤠🧈
