Just real ramen, made with Aussie lamb.

Rich lamb bone broth with lamb chashu (24-hour slow-cooked lamb shoulder & roasted leg), nitamago, shallots, nori and bean sprouts, finished with house-made soy marinated ginger.
Inspired by Sapporo’s lamb culture, with a nod to classic tonkotsu ramen.

Limited to 40 seats per session. Bookings essential.
