Fresh from our kitchen… 🤎🍪

Fresh from the oven and made right here at The Fold, our house-made Biscoff cookies are packed with caramelised Biscoff flavour, drizzled with Biscoff, and finished with a generous sprinkle of Biscoff crumb.

Soft in the centre, lightly golden on the outside, and just the right amount of indulgent.

With a talented baker now on our team, there’ll be plenty more house-baked treats coming out of our kitchen. We can’t wait to share them with you.

Perfect with your morning coffee, an afternoon catch-up, or simply because you deserve a treat.

Big news — The Fold Birdwood is now open 7 days and we’re looking for some great people to join our team.

✨ Positions available:
• Chef / Cook – creative in the kitchen with a passion for fresh, local produce and quality

• Café All-Rounder / Barista – confident on the coffee machine, friendly with customers, and happy to help wherever needed

Full time and casual roles available across a 7-day roster. Experience is a bonus, but we’re happy to train the right people. If you’re reliable, easygoing and care about great service, we’d love to hear from you!

We’re based in Birdwood in the Adelaide Hills. Please ensure Birdwood is a realistic commute before applying.
