The time has come to stretch our wings and branch out from the everyday taco. From the initial version of Rosefina's, back in 2022, I've wanted to present the less commonly known flavours from this rich and ancient cuisine. And there's nothing quite like an economic squeeze and personal struggle to give us a good, hard push!

Diners now have the option of a carefully curated, three course menu allowing them to sample a range of flavours and relax into the experience without having to think about what to order. For those who just want a quick bite or their favourite Quesabirria tacos, these are still available on our regular menu too.
