Billi Bakehouse is looking for friendly, reliable and motivated people to join our team.
About the Role
As a Café All-Rounder, you will be working front of house and helping with the day-to-day operation of the café. This role involves serving customers, making coffees and other drinks, preparing food, keeping the café clean and tidy, and helping create a friendly and welcoming experience for our customers.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude and is happy to help wherever needed.
About You
To be successful, you will:
Be reliable, punctual and consistent
Have a positive, can-do attitude
Work well as part of a team
Be willing to learn and follow systems
Be able to stay calm and focused in a busy workplace
Take pride in good food, good service and a clean work environment
Experience is preferred, but not essential. We are happy to train the right people.
