I love using CAKE TOOLS | CUPCAKE STAMPS | COOKIE STENCILS | BAKING SUPPLIES Handwritten set and their delicate Happy Birthday debosser. Little chocolate bars made from Callebaut Chocolate delicious white chocolate, then hand painted with ICONIC Cake Art glitter dust found at My Dream Cake Final touches of silver cachous bring this whole set together. 🩵1️⃣4️⃣🩵 The time when I was tasked with my toughest critic to create her a Geode cake. My fearless daughter pushes me to be the best version of myself and helps me see the needs of improvement that allows me to be a better decorator. I love making cakes for my children as they challenge me in ways in don’t anticipate to be. When her friends saw this cake at her birthday party, they were in awe of the glisten that a camera lense in the daylight cannot capture especially using Monica Cavallaro - Cakes, tutorials & baking products More Blow (raven black). My favourite black buttercream has to be Cake Cream Australia Midnight black SMBC - it’s so luxurious. I had crushed up and intricately placed CakePlay LLC isolmalt nibs from My Dream Cake to add dimension and depth. With the final touches of silver, this cute little cake was a showstopper.🩵🖤

When Nicole tasked me with this ambitious project, I was so excited to see it come together. A beautiful garden of vegetables he loves to grow, olive tree branches, a tractor just like Pappous. Then there’s his love for music with the Lyre, his favourite tipple - Ouzo. Reach Four the Sky - Iluka turns 4 Kathryn’s nephews birthday falls on the same weekend and Skye and Xavier and I was more than happy to create something special for her to share. I love the primary colours in this cake that just pop off of the sky blue canvas. Cow printed cowboy hats made from chocolate, a personalised belt buckle and dreamy piping, all brought together as one design piece. Thank you again Kathryn for your ongoing support in my work 🩵

Dreamy sage for Marly’s 18th Birthday - I love a colour combo of sage, white and gold especially ombré together so harmoniously. My brown sugar cookies are so moreish and melt in the mouth and my signature IMBC velvety and not sickly sweet. What a delicious combo to celebrate your special milestone. 🍎 Birthday celebrations with Snow White 🍎 I love a themed birthday that is outside of the current themes and pays homage to our childhood memories. Snow White and her giant ruffle dress, red bows and forbidden apple; this is the tastiest way to celebrate your daughter’s birthday. Jhona requested a black Forrest cake which is created using my pillowy soft devils food cake, filled with dark chocolate ganache (using only the best Callebaut Chocolate) morello cherries, cherry jam and lastly, chantilly cream. Alongside this delectable cake are some matching red velvet mini cupcakes that complement the cake beautifully. Thank you once again Jhona for allowing me to create such a special cake for your daughter’s birthday 🫶🏼. Celebrating a very special 18th Birthday - Andrea requested a very personal cake to be created for Kerrilynn and wanted the two most important elements of her life to be celebrated; her horse and her car. Thank you to the extraordinarily talented Dilhani at Dil's Sugar Craft for the incredible horse (the details are absolutely astounding) and the 3D car which features custom wheels, sticker and mods. I am so greatful to collaborate with amazing artists that make my work so much better. Hiding behind this gorgeous paddock and off beat track is a delectable chocolate mud cake filled with my signature IMBC - tantalising to say the least. Thank you once again Andrea for trusting me with such a wonderful cake for your daughter 🫶🏼

Skipping down the yellow brick road to the wonderful Wizard of Oz for Louise’s birthday. I was so excited when she came to me with this creative cake idea as Wizard of Oz was one of my favourite movies and this cake pays homage to the original. Featuring a dual layered castle cake topper and silhouette of the gang skipping down the yellow brick road and a simple gingham bow make such a statement. Hiding behind this beautiful exterior is a pillowy soft devils food cake filled with my signature IMBC - Louise and her family can’t get enough of. Thank you for allowing me to create such a beautiful cake to celebrate your very special birthday 🫶🏼

A cake worth a thousand words - When Julian sent me through his concept photo for his girlfriend’s birthday cake, I was so excited and equally nervous. Wafer paper cakes demand attention to detail and a whole load of patience and time. Each sheet of wafer paper was cut then each circle folded and fit snuggly together into beautiful bunches and allowed to dry; a time consuming yet cathartic task. I love how each bunch placed in a position of its own and then it’s neighbour so very different make this cake look uniform and unique. Thank you Julian for kind words and allowing me to create something so beautiful 🤍
