๐Ÿค Congratulations to the happy couple - Tristan & Danielle ๐Ÿค Being chosen to create such a beautiful cake after their show stopping engagement cake was such an honour. Each hand piped flower purposefully placed, cascading down the beautifully vintaged cavas. Mel is one of my valued clients who referred Danielle to me as my Gluten free cakes are something else. I am so greatful for the amazing feedback about her engagement cake as delicious Gluten Free cakes are hard to come by. Hiding behind this gorgeous exterior lies - Bottom tier is a 10โ€ GLUTEN FREE White chocolate mud cake filled with raspberry coulis. Top tier is an 8โ€ GLUTEN FREE Raspberry sponge cake filled with passionfruit curd. What delightful flavours for the guests to enjoy. ๐Ÿ’œ๐Ÿ–ค๐Ÿ’œ I love when my clients request a colour palette that allows definition and contrast. I think this has to be one of my favourite combos thus far. When Cake Cream Australia comes to the party, thereโ€™s no messing around. Their black SMBC mix is so electric and a dream to pipe with, set on Colour Mill ๐ŸŽ‚ Purple mixed into my IMBC; what a canvas to work on. The final touch and sweet detail is always hand tied bows. Thank you once again to Jay for requesting this for cake for his girlfriend to celebrate her 20th birthday with family and friends.
