Mimosa Wines Restaurant, winery, wedding venue on the South Coast A boutique family owned gastronomic restaurant on the South Coast of NSW.

We operate a 2 or 3 course lunch menu (from $69pp) and a 6 course set menu dinner ($120pp). Head chef Jan Semmelhack is a unique creator, focused on the superb local produce of the South Coast which results in a unique dining experience. Originally from Germany, Jan was the head pastry chef in two Michelin star restaurant in Berlin. Be sure to try his exceptional desserts to complete your Mimosa sensory adventure! Our wine list has been curated to highlight snippets of the best of Australian & New Zealand wines. We showcase small, up and coming producers, as well as some of the more established winemakers. Due to our continued commitment to sustainability, we favour growers who embrace organic & biodynamic farming practices.

The new winter menu has arrived at Mimosa Wines.
As the season turns and the days grow cooler, the table begins to shift with it, into something slower, deeper and more comforting. Preserves return to the shelves, broths simmer gently, and winter ingredients take their place in the rhythm of the kitchen once again.
This is a menu shaped by season, memory and place. A quiet expression of migration, heritage and the landscapes that surround us here on the South Coast.
