This year's theme for International Coffee Day is;

"Celebrating Coffee, Honouring the People Behind Every Cup" (highlighting the economic, social, and cultural importance of the coffee value chain).

It's a global day to celebrate coffee culture, support fair trade practices, and recognize the millions of people worldwide involved in growing, brewing, and serving coffee.

Shout out to all my coffee making co conspirators who band together to basically make people's days.

175 years ago, gold was discovered in Bendigo, shaping the city and community we know today.

To celebrate Fosterville Gold Mine treated their employees to a Gold winning combination of delicious hot coffee from us, and these incredible cupcakes from Jade.

Get out and about in Bendigo to see what great activities are on offer from Explore Bendigo and City of Greater Bendigo until October 10th.

A big thank you to Fosterville Gold Mine and BDAC for inviting me to be part of your R U OK? Day events this week and for keeping the coffee flowing. ☕️💛

R U OK? Day is a great reminder that a simple conversation can make a real difference. Taking the time to ask "Are you OK?" and genuinely listening can help someone feel seen, supported and connected.

Thanks for having me along. It was lovely to be part of such an important cause.
