🚨 WE’RE HIRING – FULL-TIME HOST / FLOOR LEADER 🚨

Omari Bendigo is growing, and we’re looking for a confident, experienced hospitality professional to join our team! ☕️🍽️

This is more than a hosting role — we’re looking for someone who can confidently lead the floor, support the FOH team and keep a busy service running smoothly.

👋 THE ROLE

Full-Time

You’ll be responsible for:
• Welcoming and seating guests
• Managing bookings, waitlists & the floor plan
• Leading and supporting the FOH team
• Managing busy service and customer flow
• Working closely with our kitchen, barista & management teams
• Maintaining excellent customer service and venue presentation

⭐ WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✔️ Previous experience in a Host, Floor Supervisor, Team Leader
✔️ A confident and natural leader
✔️ Calm under pressure and able to take charge
✔️ Excellent communication and people skills
✔️ Passion for hospitality and great customer service
✔️ FULL WEEKEND AVAILABILITY – NON-NEGOTIABLE
✔️ Full-time availability
