What a fabulous Coffee Connections on Wednesday morning with so much positive energy 🥰

We changed it up a bit this month and I threw out a challenge to our Benalla Business Brains Trust.

It centred on feedback I’d received from one visitor’s experience in Benalla and unfortunately was not all positive. 😞

The 21 businesses in the room rose to the challenge, offering a range of perspectives, while respectfully acknowledging differences of opinion and taking others lived experiences on board.

While we didn’t solve the problem in an hour 😅 - we did shed some light on an issue that affects many regional towns around Australia.

Recognising that great customer service is a vital skill - and acknowledging that one person having a bad day impacts not only the impression of that business - but the ripple effect for the whole town.

Given Benalla’s brilliant cohort of enthusiastic businesses, am sure when we gather again in August, there will be some great potential solutions to be explored further. Food for thought.
