We're open Good Friday!
This year we will be operating just like last for a quick hassle free day. We have our regular staff on hand plus some new faces. We have also recruited the assistance from our family to help us out to ensure you can grab your favourite Easter feast within a timely manner. Wait times are typically 30 to 45min but no longer than 1hour at the peak times. Your patience and understanding is as always appreciated. We are open and operating within our normal opening hours.
We have 3 ordering options:
ONLINE: This is our recommended order option. Jump on our website www.prizecatch.com.au and click the view menu or order online button and this will take you to our ordering platform. This option is the most efficient as we’re able to send you a text when your order is ready.
You can order for ASAP, wait times will be displayed online. From Wednesday 1st April, we will have very limited special time slots (per-orders) available. Timed orders are locked in and will not be able to be modified or time slots changed so please ensure you are careful in choosing your order and time slot. Peak times are very busy, so we may experience some delays. While timed orders aren’t guaranteed, we will do our very best to ensure you’re in and out as quickly as possible.
PHONE: Give us a call on 5243 3931 and you can place your order to cook ASAP. The current wait time will be provided. As we only have one phone line this can at sometimes be quite busy so we would recommend ordering online. Time slots are only available online.
IN STORE: You can pop in at any stage of the day and place your order over the counter to be cooked ASAP. We have a specific counter just for placing orders. Staff will advise the current wait time when you place your order.
Unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer Gluten Friendly Chips on this day. Some products may also not be available.
Parking can be frustrating at times so we recommend parking behind us at McDonalds or around the corner at Dan Murphy's and walking around. Limited parking at the front of the store.
We have family at the door again this year to help direct you where you need to go.
Once you have been advised your order is ready, then you can head inside and go to the pick-up counter and state your order name and whether it is an online or phone order. Please ensure that however is picking up the order they need to know the name of the order placed as funny as this sounds, it happens quite a lot and cause complications and delays. We want to make sure everyone gets their correct order and within a timely manner.
