My name is Jamie, I'm the owner of Raw Lil Sweets and I'm also an NDIS support worker specialising in meal preparation (including those with specialised dietary requirements) with a goal of helping my clients attain self sustainable healthy eating habits.
I assist with weekly or fortnightly shopping, cooking lessons, meal plans and food hygiene practices.

Aside from food, I can also offer my clients creative arts and music therapy techniques and activities to help with self awareness and self esteem, relaxation & de-stressing methods and helping to solve problems by looking at things with a different perspective.

Creative Arts Therapies can increase resilience by improving the sense of agency and self-understanding through the ability to express feelings symbolically.

It all started with a base of Cashews, Pecans, sunflower seeds and dates. And then the second layer was born, a lavender cashew Cheesecake with fresh Pomegranate arils throughout. A top layer of pistachio, raspberry and rose water and delicately Topped with a raspberry white chocolate ganache heart ❤

On a base of blitzed salty Pecans, Dates and Cashews lived a sweet Vanilla Vegan Cheesecake with a Vegan Cheesecake hat made of golden Rainbow Turmeric Chai and Maple Syrup with a Pansie on top. What a tasty morsel I told myself. And 1 by 1 they got in my belly...
