I’m excited to announce that Julian, (previous owner of Chocolate Sensation and baker extraordinaire) 👨‍🍳has opened a new bakehouse just down the hill in Upper Ferntree Gully. 🥐

The Quarry Bakehouse has a small touch of Grunge with a window serving out to the pavement - aaahh the memories❤️and awesome coffee ☕️ Perfect location to swing in and grab your jitter juice on your drive to work.

Julian was famous on the mountain for his pastries and cakes and now he’s back!

So good to see brave new ventures in this day and age. 🔥🔥

Grunge is not DEAD. ✝️ It’s spirit lives on at Belgrave Station where past staff member Tamsyn is pulling the jitter juice at Rollin Brew.

Delighted to catch up today with ex fellow trader Julian who used to own Chocolate Sensation in Belgrave.
He was the main player bringing great sourdough and pastries to the Hills.
Now you can learn the secrets to making awesome bread right at home.
There's something really satisfying making your own bread.
This is a personal, short but informative 2 1/2 masterclass and numbers are limited.
