Creamy butter bean and lemon hummus, spice roast pumpkin, pickled onions, pepita and h**p seed dukkah and fresh coriander. Have it on a bed of rocket as a salad bowl, or on toast. And of course, add extras to your hearts desire.

Long, hot summer days are over (til next year) – but at least we have cold weather food to look forward to 😍. We’ve tweaked the menu for these days ahead with simple, comforting dishes, featuring veg that doesn’t have to travel too far to get to your plate.

Come in and give it a try from Tuesday - and yes, we’ll still have the ever-changing blackboard specials as well.

Many ways to sell food locally. New venture here opening an 'Honesty Box' fruit stall at our daughter Imogen and James's Red Cafe in Bega. Vegetarian cuisine with locally grow dishes a specialty. What doesn't sell they can process for future meals as a trade off.

Future building local economies requires lots of beneficial relationships to occur and seeing food as a commodity and currency worth bottling locally. ( 8 -Integrate rather than Segregate :; 1 - Obtain a Yield ; 12 - Creatively Use and Respond to Change )
