MJ's Cafe & Takeaway, Beerwah, is looking for a keen superstar to join our team!
✅ This position is suitable for a junior applicant with previous café or barista experience.
🕖 Hours: Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm to start, with the possibility of additional days in the future for the right person.
💥 What you'll be doing:• Making sandwiches, wraps and simple food• Preparing milkshakes, smoothies and iced drinks• Assisting with coffee making during busy periods• Making burgers• Running food and serving customers• Washing dishes• Stocking fridges and keeping the café clean and tidy• Helping the team during busy smoko and lunch rushes
⚡ We're looking for someone who:✔ Is punctual and reliable (non-negotiable)✔ Has previous barista experience✔ Can work well in a fast-paced environment✔ Has a positive attitude and willingness to learn✔ Works well in a team✔ Takes pride in doing things properly✔ Can complete tasks efficiently and in a timely manner✔ Has basic reading, writing and numeracy skills✔ Can confidently handle cash and give correct change
