I honestly can’t believe I’m saying this, but I’ve just opened a THIRD Bubbles & Buttercream event!

The support for this experience has completely blown me away. What started as a little idea has now become three events, and I couldn’t be more grateful.

✨ This event is open to ages 12+ (with adult supervision)! ✨

I’ve had so many people ask if younger cake lovers could join in the fun, so this session is perfect for mother-daughter dates, aunties and nieces, best friends, siblings, or anyone who loves getting creative with buttercream.

🧁 Your ticket includes a 4” cake to decorate and take home, with all tools, supplies and guidance provided.

✨ You choose the design, I’m here to help bring it to life.

Those of you who have followed along for a while know that my hubby, Steve’s birthday cake is A BIG DEAL! 🎈

Every year the request gets a little more extravagant, and last year I really dropped the ball- hello Betty Crocker GF Devil’s Mud Cake. It was a story!

So I knew the challenge was on this year - Dubai chocolate pistachio inspired layer cake. Chocolate sponge cake, pistachio mousse, dark chocolate ganache layered to create something the ultimate decadence ✨

It was delicious! Definitely going to re-create it though with my signature chocolate cake and way more pistachio in the mouse. I think it will be even better!
