We're looking for an experienced, motivated and hands-on Assistant Manager to help lead our growing brewery, restaurant and events venue in Beaconsfield.

This is more than just a hospitality job—it's an opportunity to help shape one of Tasmania's fastest-growing brewery destinations.

What you'll be doing:

🍻 Leading our front-of-house team
🍕 Delivering exceptional customer experiences
🍺 Supporting restaurant, bar and brewery operations
👥 Training and mentoring staff
📅 Assisting with rosters, stock control and daily operations
🎶 Helping deliver functions, live music and special events
📈 Working alongside management to grow the business

We're looking for someone who:

✔ Has previous hospitality leadership experience
✔ Loves great food, great beer and great people
✔ Leads by example with a positive attitude
✔ Thrives in a fast-paced environment
✔ Has strong organisational and communication skills
✔ Holds a current RSA (essential)
✔ Is available to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

🚗 What a Line-Up at Miners Gold Brewery! 🍻

A huge thank you to the Van Diemen Street Rod Club for calling into Miners Gold Brewery today. It was fantastic to welcome you all and see such an incredible collection of classic cars and hot rods parked outside MGB.

From beautifully restored classics to custom-built street rods, they certainly turned plenty of heads and added a bit of extra shine to Beaconsfield!

Thank you to everyone who stopped by, had a chat, enjoyed a meal or a cold beer, and helped make it such a great day.

There's always something happening at Miners Gold Brewery, so whether you're dropping in for a cold beer, a great meal, or you just love seeing amazing cars, we'd love to see you.
