Every so often chefs have little wins.

It’s been a fu**ed winter and even worse year for rejjies. But this right here is the product of 10 months of small batch rye sourdough and it got a smile outta me. The ferment, the flavour, the 3 days it takes to get it there and this woopa is weighing in at 2kgs 😁

I’m not saying it’s all unicorns and lolly pops today, but when your 1%ers turn up on a Friday. You gotta make some fu**in noise about it!

With a busy season ahead, we’re looking for some great people to join the Sapid Catering casual team.

We’re currently looking for kitchen staff and front of house staff to work across weddings, functions and events throughout Albany and the Great Southern.

Experience in hospitality is preferred, but we’re also looking for people who are reliable, hard-working and enjoy being part of a team.
