Our boy Jackson only started with us last week, and he’s polishing up very, very nicely!

Joining him is our boy Levi-always walking in for his shift with the biggest smile on his face.

Our goal with these young kids is simple: when the day comes for them to leave us and move on to bigger things, we hope we’ve helped pave the foundation for their working lives.
Teaching them good work ethic, common sense, responsibility, confidence and the value of turning up and giving it their best.

I don’t want any negativity on our page anymore, but after what happened tonight, I feel this needs to be said and addressed.

Tonight, an older gentleman walked through the doors of our servo and began yelling at one of our team members, Gypsy. Anyone who knows Gypsy knows she has pretty thick skin, but tonight she rang me in tears, completely shaken by the way she had been spoken to.

As a manager and as a mother, hearing one of our staff members that upset made me incredibly angry. There is absolutely no reason to speak to another person like that, especially someone who is simply doing their job and following the procedures we have put in place.

Our overnight prepay system is there for a reason. Our staff do not make these rules-they are simply doing their jobs.

If you don’t agree with our overnight prepay system, that is completely okay, and you are welcome to purchase your fuel elsewhere. What is NOT okay is coming into our business and abusing, intimidating or yelling at our staff.

We don’t want drama. We don’t tolerate abuse. And we will always stand behind our staff.

Please treat our staff with the same respect you would expect for yourself or your own family.

Be kind. It costs absolutely nothing to be kind and nice!
