2026 WinterfestSydney is on this Saturday and Sunday at Hawkesbury Showgrounds.

We'll be fire roasting all our signature meat swords (XL skewers) all weekend.

2026 Medieval Fayre on this Saturday and Sunday at Nurragingy Reserve.

As a locally family owned and operated business, we're stoked to be part of this unreal yearly event. If you've never been, you are missing out!

We'll be showcasing our 3 main swords for all you carnivores. Swords 🤔 Yep...our half metre BBQ Skewers, cooked over charcoal and wood.

Sydney 2026 - that was epic!

To the thousands of you that turned up and those that supported us on our debut outing 🫶🏽

Super proud of our team who worked tirelessly over the 2 days to feed all you carnivores.

Hats off also to the entire team behind the scenes that make this epic event what it is and no doubt one of the best meat and music festivals anywhere in the world. Massive effort.
