The Red Estate Story

Growing up with my parents and siblings on a Mission School property right next to a coffee plantation near the foot hills of Yangoru in the East Sepik Province of Papua New Guinea, I had no idea I would one day be so passionate about the sustainability of coffee origins and the lives of the hands it passes through on its journey from the farm to your cup. The name was insp

ired by all things red in the wide world of food and beverages, from the red coffee cherries which splash vibrant colour across the estates of Central and South America, Asia, and the Northern parts of the African continent and equally by the relatively undiscovered 'red bush' tea estates along the West Cape of South Africa, to the finest boutique reds from historic vineyards across Australia, including Clare Valley which was founded by my ancestors in South Australia. Finally, after 20 years of keeping it tucked away in our hearts, our dream to provide high quality specialty beverages to Australian foodies and coffee lovers alike is showing signs of becoming a reality through the humble beginnings of an espresso bar emerging in the Western Suburbs of Sydney, Australia. Red Estate Espresso Bar partners primarily with local Australian coffee roasters, bakers, bottlers and fresh produce suppliers as we tailor our food and beverage offering to meet the needs and wants of our local community to the best of our ability! Today, people from all walks of life are starting to buy premium coffee beans from us to use at home and office. The feedback has been fantastic! So it's only the beginning but we are excited that the next stage of our journey is about to unfold with the launch of our espresso bar!
