EFTPOS UPDATE
An update to card transactions at the restaurant.

From Thursday, we will be turning off credit card payments online due to the significant cost of card fees we get charged. They will be charging 1.6% plus 15c per transaction. Our delivery drivers will have terminals and will accept card or cash at the door.
We will no longer be accepting card payments over the phone (unless there is an issue with a terminal at the door). This will also help us crack down on fraudulent payments.

Our new fee we have negotiated is 0.75% on all card transactions and no charge for the terminals.

Cash discount of 5% is still valid. If ordering online, code is CASH.

For all future set menus, private parties and catering jobs, payment accepted will be cash, Pay ID or bank transfer.

Please help me keep my costs down. If you have any questions or if I haven't explained something enough, let me know.

We all know the only winners out of this are the government and the banks. Small businesses like mine exist on the smallest of margins and I lose sleep at the thought of having to put my prices up again so I'm doing what I can to keep them low.

Update on Ollie. Thank you to everyone who has purchased Ollie's books. We still have them available in store so don't forget to pick one up and help support this beautiful family. Ollies family have asked that I split all proceeds of future book sales between Ollie and Kobi (they were at the house together back in 2021) ❤️

We love celebrating with our customers and love putting candles in cakes, turning off the lights and having the whole restaurant sing Happy Birthday.
But I have made the difficult decision to introduce a BYO Cake fee from 1 October 2026. The cost will be $2pp. This will not apply to Set Menus

We will also be introducing a fee for take away containers and pizza boxes when wanting to take leftovers home. 50c for big containers, 20c for the smaller ones and pizza boxes will be 30c / 40c / 50c.
We will provide foil for one or 2 slices at no cost. You are more then welcome to bring your own containers. If you are regulars, you know you will probably not be able to eat your full meal :)

We are also encouraging customers to bring their own bags if picking up desserts or drinks. Our plastic bags used to cost $3 for 250. They now cost $8.30 for 100 😡

Surcharging for cards will end on 1 Oct and I am trying hard not to put my prices up across the board.
We are offering a 5% discount for cash and this will continue.
If you have any questions, let me know but as always, thanks for your understanding

In a world of anger, hate and online bullying...be like Sam.
A good (maybe a little crazy) witch with a magic wand that lights up the world and whose only aim in life is to make the world a better place for kids and her community.
Honoured to know her and help support this wonderful charity

What a roller coaster of a day. We dropped off all your amazing donations to TheFormalProjectBloom
Such an awesome charity. If you are ever in Campbelltown go and check them out.
Thank you to everyone who has bought raffle tickets. I was thinking I would raise about $500 for the family and in 24hrs it is just over $800 😮
I feel so hopeless, but this is just something I can do to help my beautiful friend. Ollie's parents have also offered to put together a pack for a prize. Kobi and Ollie were at RMH at the same time. These parents go thru hell but are there for each other ❤️
