We’ve just roasted a new batch of Pacas coffee from the Apaneca Mountain Ranges in El Salvador. With notes of cocoa nibs, tropical fruits, nuts, honey, bittersweet.

We’re absolutely stoked by the overwhelming support for our Salvadoran coffee, and we wanted to give you a quick update. Our coffee is officially sold out! That’s right, every last bag has found a new home. While we know this might be a bit disappointing for those hoping to grab a cuppa of our coffee, we’re incredibly grateful for your enthusiasm and love for what we roast.
But don’t worry, legends! We’re hard at work sourcing and roasting more of our amazing coffee beans, and we’ll be back with fresh stock next year. Make sure to follow us here and stay tuned for updates, we’ve got some exciting things brewing for 2026! Thanks again for your support and for being a part of our coffee community. 💙🇸🇻☕️
