We’re serving fresh Black Périgord truffles from Duthil Truffière — exclusive to Norma Joan — shaved over a few seasonal favourites while they last ✨

The new winter menu is built around locally focused produce 🌿, with dishes designed for sharing… though we fully understand if you don’t feel like it 😉

We’ve kept the dishes you already love, and added a few new ones that feel like they’ve always belonged here. Comforting, a little indulgent, and exactly what you want when the nights get colder 🍷

🍷 Join us at Norma Joan for our first Wine Dinner of the year — an intimate evening celebrating the exceptional cool-climate wines of Rikard Wines from Orange, NSW ✨

Founded by award-winning winemaker William Rikard-Bell, Rikard Wines are renowned for their purposeful, small-batch wines crafted with minimal intervention and a deep sense of place 🍇🍷

For one night only, the talented Norma Joan chefs will create a completely custom five-course menu, carefully designed to pair with seven Rikard wines throughout the evening 🍽️✨ Expect thoughtful dishes, exciting flavour combinations, and wines selected to perfectly complement each course.

To finish the night, guests will take part in a Mystery Wine Game 🍷❓ — a little friendly competition to test your palate and wine knowledge.
