Made with smoked trout proudly supplied by Bathurst High School’s aquaculture farm, paired with salmon roe, sundried tomatoes and warm bread (GF option available).

🐑 Kinross Station Lamb Sugo – $30
10-hour slow cooked lamb with house-made cavatelli, finished with pecorino romano.

🍋 Lemon Tart Soft Serve – $12
House-made lemon sorbet, crumbled tart and fresh strawberries.
