We are all set for the long weekend 🤩

Brisket Burgers Smothered in Gravy will be available all weekend. They have been popular so far! 🥳

Our brisket had a rub down in Billy’s and slow cooked for 9+ hours. I know what I will be making for the guys on Tuesday 🤤

We will be closed on Monday because I want a sleep in 🥰

Oh and did I mention the non-stop Holden Action as well? 😅

I want to say a big thank you to Kayla from StreetHeart Bathurst. Kayla continues to go above and beyond each week and deserves all the love and appreciation 😃

As a lot of you know, we at Dynasty’s Rockabilly try our best in preparing a dinner for everyone at Berry Park to enjoy. Some weeks, we are lucky to have food items donated to us so we can cook up a decent hot meal. Given the financial constraints a lot of us are experiencing, donations are not expected.
The majority of the time though, Dynasty’s Rockabilly continues to fund this and we absolutely love doing it. What keeps us doing what we do, is the appreciation and gratitude from the locals, Kayla and other volunteers from StreetHeart Bathurst 🥰

Thank you again Kayla, for always making myself and staff feel welcome when we go down to see you all. Also, thank you for supporting our cafè. Special mention to Nancy, Bill and everyone else who continues to help out 💛🖤
