From the Hotham family garden to the Harvest kitchen. 🎃
These two young helpers are Chef Wil's cousins, proudly holding pumpkins grown by the Hotham family.
Over the coming weeks, these home-grown pumpkins will be finding their way into some delicious winter soups, made fresh in-house and served warm on chilly Bathurst days.
We love being able to use locally grown produce wherever we can, and it doesn't get much more local than family-grown!
