And to our beautiful customers, grazie mille for your continued support, for filling our tables and for being part of the Che Vuoi family.

We’re taking a little pausa, but we’ll be back in a month, refreshed, inspired and ready to take care of our beautiful community for another big year together.

Tonight’s our last service before we shut the doors for a few weeks. Not because we’re tired because we’re hungry for more.

Luca is already back to Italy, eating his way around, chasing new ideas, old recipes, and the kind of inspiration you only find standing in someone’s nonna’s kitchen.

The rest of the team? Taking a proper break too. Because good food comes from people who aren’t running on empty.
So come say ciao tonight before we go quiet for a little while. We’ll be back with fresh ideas, new stories, new plates.
