Wednesday night's dinner just revealed itself. 🍗

Chef Lachie's locked in this week's Parma Specials, and there's one on the board with your name on it.

🐖 Pulled Pork Parma. Slow-cooked pulled pork in a rich gravy sauce over a golden schnitzel with melted cheese.
🌶️ Chilli con Carne Parma. Housemade chilli con carne over a golden schnitzel with melted cheese.
🍟 Spice Bag Parma. Curried Napoli with red onions, peppers, fried chips, and melted cheese.
🧀 Traditional Parma. Golden crumbed chicken, Napoli, smoky ham, and melted cheese. The one that never lets you down.

Chef Lachie's October Mussels Napoli might be the dish of the month. Fresh mussels poached in a rich Napoli, garlic, chilli and parsley sauce, with toasted bread for all the mopping up.

Our October W**e of the Month is Tar & Roses Pinot Grigio — crowned Halliday Pinot Grigio of the Year, two years running. A big call, properly earned.

Crisp, fresh, and from the hills of Victoria. The kind of w**e you pour yourself halfway through the week and feel genuinely pleased about.
