tition. Marius recently worked for a national coffee company and was in charge of barista training across NSW, Victoria and Queensland. John "Bobby" Beullens is the other half of this formidable "Beullens Brother" team who has recently returned from a 15 year stint in Japan that included the start up of two highly successful small bars, consulting for several major international firms entering the Japanese marketplace, and being instrumental in the building of a cross cultural, international brand. Cat brings a wealth of gastronomy knowledge that includes banquet preparation, catering and event management in Chile.
