It’s that time of year again! We’re gearing up for the fun season and are looking to expand our team. Both junior / entry level and more senior positions available. Essential part of the gig is that you’re available across our peak period (Dec 27 to Jan 27)

Slow-cooked lamb, rich pepperberry jus and winter vegetables made for sharing. 🍷🌿

Chef Ben Dowling from Tulum Store brings together some beautiful Mornington Peninsula ingredients in this slow-cooked lamb shoulder with honey-glazed celeriac, Romanesco cauliflower, spinach, basil and pistachio pesto, finished with a Shiraz and Tasmanian pepperberry jus.

At the heart of the dish is lamb shoulder from Torello Farm, slowly cooked with Old Man Sun Shiraz until tender, alongside celeriac and Romanesco cauliflower from the Odell Brothers in Pearcedale and local honey from Pure Peninsula Honey.

It’s the kind of recipe that rewards a little time in the kitchen: generous, comforting and designed to arrive at the centre of the table for everyone to share.

Pour a glass of Shiraz, carve the lamb into generous pieces and let the sauce do the rest.

Unfortunately we’ve received a notification that we’ll be affected by a planned power outage this Wednesday. We’ll be closed between the estimated outage time between 8am-1.30pm.
