We’re looking for an experienced café cook to join our team 3 days per week. This role suits someone confident working independently in a busy café kitchen and passionate about quality, consistent food.

About the role

• Preparing and cooking café-style breakfast & lunch dishes

• Managing prep and service efficiently

• Maintaining food quality, presentation, and portion control

• Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience as a café cook or short-order cook

• Ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy services

• Strong time management and organisation skills

• Reliable, punctual, and a team player

• Food safety knowledge (certification preferred)

• Making high-quality espresso coffee to a consistent standard

• Taking orders and handling payments

• Minimum 1–2 years barista experience

• Confident with espresso machines, grinders, and milk texturing

• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented

• Positive attitude and great communication skills
