With 10+ years in coffee, Nathan’s journey with The Little Marionette started in our Cairns cafes back in 2019, where he first met Ed. Since 2024, he’s been working alongside the team at the roastery, and is the master of calibration, collaboration and coordination.

At The Little Marionette, he’s Nate. Back home in Adelaide, he’s still “Finny”, a nickname that’s stuck since childhood, before he quite mastered the “th” in his own name.
