It’s been a real pleasure creating with Provolone Valpadana PDO and celebrating its tradition and incredible flavour.
What makes it particularly special to us is the craftsmanship behind it.

Our creation combines crispy Provolone Valpadana PDO with Mortadella, cherry tomato confit and toasted pistachios.
