🎉 Green Coast Turns 9 Today! 🎉

Today marks 9 years since we first opened our doors, and what a journey it has been.

We want to say a heartfelt thank you to our incredible community, loyal customers, dedicated team members, local suppliers and everyone who has supported us along the way. Your support has allowed us to grow, evolve and continue doing what we love everyday.

From morning coffee and catch-ups to celebrations, meetings and everyday moments, we're grateful that Green Coast has become a small part of so many lives over the past nine years.

🍳 WE'RE HIRING - KITCHEN HAND/COOK 🍳

Green Coast Coffee is looking for a motivated Kitchen Hand / Cook to join our team in the heart of Ballina.

You don't need formal commercial qualifications, but you must have experience working in a busy kitchen environment and be confident during breakfast and lunch service.

We're looking for someone who:
✔️ Has experience in a fast-paced kitchen
✔️ Can show initiative and work independently
✔️ Is confident running solo when required
✔️ Is a team player who isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed
✔️ Has full availability, including weekends and public holidays
✔️ Has reliable transport
✔️ Is flexible and willing to assist at our sister venue in Lennox Head when required
✔️ Holds valid working rights in Australia and is available to work until at least February 2027
