☕️ WE'RE HIRING FULL TIME BARISTA/ALL ROUNDER

📍Green Coast Coffee is looking for an experienced barista to join our team full time.

The successful applicant will be based in Green Coast Coffee, Ballina with the flexibility to cover shifts at Rise Lennox Head when required.

We're looking for someone who:
- Has at least 2 years barista experience
- Is confident running a coffee machine solo in a fast-paced environment
- Has experience making coffee in Australia (preferred)
- Is happy working across all areas of the cafe including front of house if required
- Is a genuine team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Has their own reliable transport
- Is available to work weekends and public holidays
- Is available for ongoing employment through until at least February
- Hold valid Australian working rights

We're looking for a reliable, motivated All Rounder to join our busy cafe team in the heart of Ballina.

This is the perfect role for someone who loves front of house but also has experience either working alongside a busy kitchen team or behind the coffee machine.
Every day is different, so we're looking for someone who's happy to jump in wherever they're needed.

We'd love to hear from you if you:
✅ Have previous experience in a busy cafe environment
✅ Have experience as either a kitchen hand or barista
✅ Love providing friendly, genuine customer service
✅ Are happy working front of house while assisting the kitchen or coffee team when required
