Reverse Seared Beef Shoulder | GF/DF

Featuring Chuck Tender sourced from 365-day grain-fed Tasmanian Angus/Tajima cattle, slow-cooked for a minimum of 12 hours for beautifully tender beef, then finished on the grill.

Served with smooth celeriac purée, fried broccolini and braised radicchio.

But you’ll have to be quick! You’ve only got until Sunday lunch to enjoy this one before The Boardwalk closes for its makeover, and we get ready to welcome a fresh new spring menu.

Something new is coming to the river.

From 3pm this Sunday, 27 September, The Boardwalk will temporarily close while we give this much-loved space an exciting facelift.

While renovations are underway, Spinnakers Restaurant will become our temporary home for bistro and bar service, with a limited menu and reduced seating.

Bookings are essential, with the following sittings available:
Lunch: 11:30am–1:00pm | 1:30pm–2:30pm
Dinner: 5:30pm–6:30pm | 7:00pm–8:00pm

Our kids’ play area & Blues Club Sessions will not be running during the renovation period.

We appreciate there will be some temporary inconvenience and thank our members and guests for their patience while we create a refreshed dining experience by the river.
