about us
Bob spent 10 years living just “north of the border” running kitchens in Los Angeles. A place where 95% of his staff were Latino, predominantly hard-working Mexicans, who introduced him to the delights of the Latin table. Guys like the bear-sized Salas brothers - Victor and Rolando, and the punk-rock super chopper Miguel “Pappi” Rodriguez.
Sheri has managed restaurants across the Untied States for many years. Most recently in Southern Arizona where folks like Tino Corona and Juana Quintana shared with her their history, and family recipes. She brings a wealth of conscious and nutritional knowledge and … she can bloomin’ cook.
Everything at Bob’s Tacos is made in-house, from our tasty salsas to our authentic tortillas.
