We are pleased to announce that our old number: 03 53334138 is finally live and connected again. It's been a long uphill battle trying to sort this out with our phone provider. We wanted to sincerely apologise to everyone that's been trying to reach our restaurant via that telephone number and was blocked off.

We are so excited to finally hear your voices again, and to continue bringing our authentic Vietnamese dishes to you!

Regarding our previous post:

Good evening all!

We really want to apologise to the people of Ballarat that have tried to reach our restaurant via telephone. We have been going through major issues with our phone provider and there wasn’t much progress in getting it fixed until today. We have moved phone providers and hoping to have everything amended wihin 72 hrs.
Once fixed, we will continue to have our original number of : 03 5333 4138.

For now, please dial: (03) 4333 9284 for any takeaway orders/bookings until further notice.

Once again, we are deeply sorry for anyone who’s been trying to reach us but got directed to a ‘call failed’. It has been so stressful on our end trying to resolve it, and also knowing that we couldn’t attend to your needs.

We had further issues that caused 03 4333 9284 to also have issues making inbound/outbound calls. That has been resolved right now.

Any pickup/booking requests can be done on:

I had confirmation today from our new phone provider that our old number: 03 5333 4138 will be active within this week.

We really apologise for the hassle and frustration this last month, in the same vein, we are also frustrated that we cannot cater.

Rest assured, I will continue to keep the post updated so that we will only have to stick with our one original number.

Unfortunately our telephone line is facing some technical issues. We are trying to resolve the issue with our phone provider as soon as possible . We apologies to anyone that’s tried to place an order in and could not get through to one of our staff members.

From our small family restaurant, we just wanted to say thank you all! 2021 has started off well all because of you. We look forward to continuing to serve the community with delicious, authentic Vietnamese food every day of the week.

Just to avoid any confusion Saigon Noodle House is independent of other Vietnamese restaurants in the area. You can find us at 10 Armstrong North, Ballarat Central.

Due to the circumstances of stricter restrictions with COVID 19, we will only be opened for TAKE AWAY orders and PICK UP; until further notice.
